Due to compliance, software installation is restricted to administrative control. The ReD Team maintains a number of standard statistical applications and data analytics tools. Please consult with the ReD Team about your software needs, regulated_data_environment@harvard.edu or visit Office Hours.

Despite each computing evironment, Open OnDemand / ParallelCluster and Research and Engineering Studio, having seperately managed software environments, research applications, software titles, libraries, and other software and software-related services will be documented in this section. Please see each linked (software) page for details about customizations or configuration details specific to each.

Managing your own code
